Memory Lane

$21.00

This was my first Zambian coffee that I’ve roasted and I was brought down memory lane. Many years ago I spent a few months in Africa including Zambia and it was the only time before I had had coffee from Zambia. Zambia is a young coffee market in comparison to other African nations such as Ethiopia & Kenya but don’t let its infancy fool you. What is surprising about this coffee is that it is not fruit forward even though it is a dry process coffee! The coffee has an excellently luxurious mouth feel which coats your palette with a rich bitter caramel and a hint of dried fruits. This single-origin coffee works brilliantly as espresso but will delight you in other preparations as well.
